1 large tomato, cut into slices
1 vegetable onion, peel, cut into slices, then marinate in rice vinegar for about 30 minutes
A few tablespoons of sweet and spicy soy sauce
preparation
For shrimp in batter, peel the shrimp and leave the tail end on, cut open the back and remove the black intestine, wash and drain. Or buy shrimp that have already been peeled. Please pay attention to where the shrimp come from and how they were caught.
Put the flour and a little salt in a bowl and stir – gradually add the water and stir to form a thick dough.
Put the prawns, chopped red onions, salt, sugar and egg yolk in a bowl and mix well. Then grind the Timut pepper in a mortar and add it as well.
Heat plenty of oil in a deep pan - dip the prawns one at a time in the batter, place them in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.
Place tomato and onion slices on a serving plate, spread fried shrimp on top and serve hot with soy sauce.
