Shipment

For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.90 per order. For orders over EUR 69, delivery is free within Germany.

Shipping to countries within the EU costs a flat rate of EUR 14.90 regardless of the order value. Shipping to Switzerland costs a flat rate of EUR 19.90 regardless of the order value. Shipping to the rest of the world costs EUR 35 regardless of the order value.

Delivery is carried out by our logistics partner DHL as a climate-neutral shipping method. We do not use any plastic in the packaging.

Delivery

All items offered are usually ready for dispatch immediately, with delivery times between 3 and 4 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times may be slightly longer before national holidays. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
