For 4 people
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
4 teaspoons brown sugar
50 g butter
about 5 peppercorns green pepper
2 cardamom pods
juice of one orange
preparation
Cut the bananas into 1cm thick pieces. Place them on a baking tray, sprinkle with sugar and spread with butter. Bake the bananas in the oven at 200 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the peel from the cardamom and grind in a mortar together with the green pepper.
Take the bananas out of the oven while they are still hot. Sprinkle the pepper and cardamom mixture over the bananas, as well as the orange juice. Then put them back in the oven for another minute.
