Shipping policy
For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.90 per order.
For orders over EUR 69, we ship free of charge within Germany.
Dispatch takes place within 1-2 business days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping to countries within the EU costs a flat rate of EUR 14.90, regardless of the order value. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of EUR 19.90, regardless of the order value. Shipping to the rest of the world is charged at EUR 35, regardless of the order value.
Shipping costs include VAT. Since VAT on the shipping fee depends on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased; it can only be reduced to your advantage.
Delivery is carried out with our logistics partner DHL, using climate-neutral shipping.
We do not use plastic in our packaging.
