Lentils with Lemons and Muntoc Blanc

Ingredients

1 cup lentils (yellow, green or brown lentils are suitable)
2 large onions
2 potatoes
10 stalks of chard
1 carrot
1 teaspoon salt
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons oil for frying
juice of 2 or 3 lemons
White pepper (my tip: Muntoc Blanc )

preparation

Wash the lentils and cook to taste. Wash the chard and chop into small pieces. Dice the potatoes and carrots as well. Chop the garlic very finely and fry in a little oil until golden brown, set aside. Finely chop the onions and fry in oil, when nice and soft add to the cooked lentils.

Then add the chard, carrot, potatoes and garlic - cook on a low heat until the potatoes are soft. Add the lemon juice while cooking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
