Ingredients for 4 people
2 medium-sized carrots
½ fennel
2 oranges
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamico Bianco
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper, preferably Kampot Rouge light or dark
Preparation of Orange Fennel Salad
Peel the orange as if you were going to fillet it, then cut it into thin slices.
Clean the carrots and slice them into fine strips using a vegetable peeler.
Two to three fennel leaves are enough, which can also be sliced into fine strips on the sides using a vegetable peeler.
Put everything together in a bowl and season with the dressing made from honey, oil and vinegar.
Let it stand for a while, sprinkle salt and pepper over it and mix gently. A fruity, fresh mixture with a warm spiciness.
