At the same time, it is pleasantly hot. This means that this pepper goes particularly well with chicken, vegetables and salad.
characteristics
Firstly, Indian mountain pepper is single origin and hand-picked. Secondly, the pepper was dried in the sun for a very long time. In addition, storing it tightly sealed in a violet glass jar guarantees that the Pure Pepper is always stored in a dry and dark place. It is suitable for use in a mortar and mill.
This jungle pepper grows in the heights of the Western Ghats in southern India. It comes from a pepper plantation there. This has been run as a purely organic farm for over 20 years and places great value on rich biodiversity. This farm has one of the highest rainfall levels in India.
The pepper also grows on native trees such as Ficus religiosa, Shorea and Cinnamomum. At the same time, cardamom, coffee, vanilla and various fruits such as mango and pineapple grow on the farm alongside pepper. All of these crops and the good conditions give the pepper its unique aroma and excellent quality.
