The whole green Kampot pepper from Cambodia is characterized by its juicy aroma with notes of eucalyptus and a subtle spiciness. This pure pepper is first fermented anaerobically in salt water in a complex process before it is turned several times and gently dried.
This preserves the high-quality essential oils of the pepper, which is responsible for the intense, complex taste. The Fermented Kampot Vert is a real treat as a seasoning for steaks, tomato salads and salad dressings.
Pure Pepper Fermented Kampot Vert can be chopped with a knife and added pure.
Rinse off the salt before cooking.
